Media Release

Mangaluru, Dec 28: Jostin D’Sa is all set to release his new music video for Nelson Mathias Pernal’s romantic melody 'Vengenth Mhojea' from the Konkani Album 'Vengenth Moga' on December 30, on his YouTube Channel. This is another addition to many of the videos that he has already directed and produced.

Popularly known as 'Duet King', Nelson Mathias Pernal is well known for his melodious composition and tunes. His Konkani Albums 'Yo Moga', 'Tunch Moga', 'Vengenth Moga', 'Mhojea Moga' have won appreciation from Konkani music lovers.

Vengenth Mhojea is sung by Prajoth D’sa, an award winning and well known personality in the field of music, Roshan D’souza Angelore and Wilson Kateel have wonderfully contributed to the music and lyrics of this melody respectively.

Jostin shares, “I automatically start imagining screenplay and videos as I listen to melodious Konkani songs. Nelson’s 'Vengenth Mhojea' song, has a magical mesmerizing feeling that immediately appealed me to create a new Konkani music video. As I discussed the idea with Nelson he happily agreed and has extended his support to me during every stage of the video work, and I am so grateful to him”

“As I currently reside in Dubai, explaining the screenplay and script to the director and DOP was a bit challenging but it was well managed by the team through frequent video calls and reviews of the concept, along with the shooting plan. I really wanted this song to be shot in Mangalore & Udupi specially to give it a personal touch to the filming and viewing experience of our coastal community”

This song features Michele Anisha Crasta who is also a well-known singer from Kulshekar, Mangaluru and Brian Sequeira who is a very passionate actor and model from Puttur. Brian has also worked for video projects for a popular comedy youtube channel - Mad In Kudla.

This song also features child artists Gianna Barboza daughter of Gilbert Barboza and Sharmila Barboza (Eliyar Padav Parish) and Anwil D’souza son of Rajesh D’souza and Ancilla D’souza (Fajir Parish). Rajesh D’souza has also given a special appearance. The entire team has appreciated the video project and have extended their full and heartfelt support to bring it into reality.

“There are many more people who have supported during the filming of this song to whom I extend my heartfelt gratitude – I would like to each and every one for their immense support in helping me complete this project in lesser time than expected” Jostin added.
