Mangaluru: Tulu film 'Soda Sharbhat' trailer released

Mangaluru, Dec 18: The trailer of Tulu movie 'Soda Sharbhat' was released on Friday December 18.

The audio of the film will be released on December 22 while the film will hit screens on December 31 throughout Karnataka.

The film is produced under the banner PBP films and will feature new talent Harshith Bangera in the lead and Ranjitha Lewis, who has the experience of already acting in Konkani and Tulu movies.

Seasoned actors Devadas Kapikad, Aravind Bolar and Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, artistes Umesh Mizar, Prasanna Shetty Bailoor, Deepak Rai Panaje, Ramesh Rai Kukkuvalli, Bale Telipale artistes, Konkani movie artistes like Mellu Valencia, Laveena Fernandes and Godwin Moodubelle have acted in the movie. 'Private Challenge' fame Walter Nandalike will also feature in the film in a pivotal role.

There are two songs in the movie, which are sung in group by Nihal Tauro of Indian Idol fame, Devadas Kapikad and Bhojaraj Vamanjoor. The lyrics are penned by Umesh Mijar and Abhishek Shetty.

Story and screenplay is written by Pradeep Barboza, who has made name by directing Konkani movie ‘Ek Aslyar Ek Na’. He has directed and produced the movie under his banner PBP films. Melwyn Elpel, who has vast experience in Kannada, Tulu and Konkani movie field is the executive producer of the movie. Ganesh Nirchal who has done the editing for movies like ‘Kanasau Maratakkide’ and ‘Katapadi Kattappa’, has done the editing of this movie. Young talent Santhosh Gumpalaje has worked as the cameraman. The music is directed by Patson Pereira Mangaluru. Thyagaraj and Neetu Neenad are the playback singers of this movie.
