Mangaluru: World AIDS Day observed at Shree Devi Institute of Technology

Mangaluru, Dec 2: The department of MBA of Shree Devi Institute of Technology, Kenjar, commemorated World AIDS Day on December 1. The theme for World AIDS Day 2021 proposed by WHO is 'End Inequalities. End AIDS. End Pandemics'.

The occasion was observed with the presence of the director and principal Dr K E Prakash, head of the department, Dr Gayathri B J and other faculty members.

Vismaya E, 2nd year MBA student, gave insights and information about HIV and AIDS and also about how to treat the people affected with this virus equally.

A skit was organized by the students of MBA department to create awareness on the same. To make the words into reality, a group of students formed a shape of ribbon which symbolised AIDS.
