Mangaluru, Dec 2: “If you can believe it, you can do it 'Reshieal Roshni Monteiro began her journey in Power lifting in grade 8, 2019. Then on it was a success story-

State Powerlifting Championship, Kudroli, Mangalore - Bronze Medal
State Powerlifting Championship, Saligrama – Silver Medal
National Powerlifting Championship, Uttar Pradesh - Gold Medal
State Benchpress Competition, Junior, Davangere - Bronze Medal
State Benchpress Competition, SubJunior, Davanger - Gold Medal

These achievements bestowed on Reshieal Roshni the title ‘Best Lifter of Karnataka’. Finally, Reshieal participated in the nationals held in Novemebr 2021, Goa and is the proud recipient of Gold Medal. She will represent India in the Asian Bench Power Lifting Championship to be held in Turkey. Reshieal has made Carmel School proud and the school is proud of her remarkable achievements.

The management, Sr Sarika, principal, Sr Rose Agnes, administrator, staff and students of Carmel School rejoice with her phenomenal success story and wished her all the best at the international level.
