Bantwal: Four arrested in road rage incident

Bantwal, Nov 27: Police arrested four people in connection with a road rage incident. A physical assault took place between two groups following a road accident.

The incident took place on Saturday November 27.

The arrested are identified as Irshad of Bantwal Baarekadu, Shahil of Baarekadu and Dhanush Acharya and Keerthan, residents of Bantwal.

Reportedly, a bike and auto-rickshaw collided at Thumbe Junction in B Kasaba village under limits of Bantwal town police station. Local youths who thronged to the spot and relatives of the auto driver engaged in the scuffle which resulted into physical fight between the two groups.
