Karnataka’s daily Covid tally sees rise, over 300 fresh cases recorded

Bengaluru, Nov 25: Karnataka on Thursday, November 25 registered 306 new coronavirus cases.

As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 6,492. Bengaluru Urban's single-day tally stood at 171.

As many as 2 deaths due to coronavirus were reported in the state on Thursday, with Bengaluru Urban recording 0 deaths, the death toll in the state has risen to 38,187.

The state recorded 224 discharges from hospitals on Thursday, taking the total discharges to 29,49,853.

So far, Karnataka has seen 29,94,561 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

The positivity rate for the day stands at 0.36% while the case fatality rate for the day is 0.65%.
