Mangaluru: Lourdes Central School grandly reopens for Kindergarten

Mangaluru, Nov 11: With all smiles, the little Lourdites of Kindergarten section made the new beginning of their school journey joyfully with full of enthusiasm on November 10. Children were welcomed by the principal, vice-principal and class teachers. The entrance and the classrooms were decorated with colourful balloons, flags and ribbons, which gave them a feeling of an opportunity of building their tomorrow.

After settling down in their respective classes, the children were taken for a welcome assembly. The teachers invoked God’s blessings on all the children to keep them safe and sound under their care.

Fr principal spoke to the children and expressed his happiness and gratitude to the children for coming back to school. He also thanked parents for having trust in the school by bringing little children back to school and for all the support rendered during online.

Later the children were taught an action song followed by few disciplinary tips as how to keep themselves safe in and around. At the end of the day, they were given lollipop and were let off at 12 noon.

The children could be seen with joy, smile and excitement on their faces as they were going home with their parents. Thus, the kindergarten section of Lourdes Central School became lively and cheerful with the bubbling noise of the little ones.
