Jagruti Mahila Manch Stages 'Fulak Sairik Zalya' Drama at Vile Parle

Mumbai, Nov 10: 'Fulak Sairik Zalya' drama authored by Joker Cascia was staged by Jagruti Mahila Manch (Regd.) Vile Parle East under the banner of Mumbai North Central District Ladies Congress (I) Committee at Navinbai Takkar Auditorium, Vile Parle, recently.



At the show organized by Winny D'Souza, district president of Mumbai North-Central District Mahila Congress (I) Committee, corporator Jayanti Chiroy was the chief guest and Alice Johnson was the guest of honour.

The drama was staged by the "Kutam Konkani Weekly Drama Group" under the direction of Francis Olivera. Drama writer, director, song composer, Joker Cascia, producer, Henry D'Paula, Kanjurmarg. The artistes of the drama were Robert Noronha Kallianpur, (Daniel DSouza), Julie Vaz Marol (Winnie Soz),  Edwin Banz Sastan (Edie),  Hilda DSouza Pangal (Ritabai), Florine Mathias Kanajar (Fula), Cyril Castelino (Ron Leo) and Libert Ollivera (Richcha) Jerry Veigas beautifully compered the programme.

    Drama was nice. I enjoyed it. Good direction. But the programme was compered by Francis Olivera, a childhood friend of me and not Jerry Veigas as stated. Please note.

    My name is Francis Olivera. In fact, the programme was compered by me besides directing the play. I think, it is an error. Anyway, it is not a big deal.
