Udupi, Oct 29: A case is filed on the president of Campus Front of India for violating Covid norms.

According to the details, on the evening of October 28, CFI organized a rally without seeking prior permission from Jodukatte to Clock Tower and violated the orders of government and DC on preventing the dreaded Covid disease.

A case is filed as per the complaint raised by Dr Udaya Kumar Shetty, commissioner of municipality, in the city police station under crime sl no 156/2021 and column 188, 269 of IPC and column 5(1), 5 (4) of the Karnataka Epidemic Diseases Act 2020.
