Mangaluru, Oct 25: In-land’s newest project In-land Sunlight-Moonlight was inaugurated on Monday October 25 in a grand function by the Mangaluru North MLA Dr Bharath Y Shetty and CREDAI-Mangaluru president Pushparaj Jain in the presence of In-land Group chairman and managing director Siraj Ahamed and group directors Meraj Yusuf Siraj and Wahaj Yusuf Siraj.

The inaugural functions started with a dua offered by Mohammed Kamil Saqafi, pooja performed by Giridhar Bhat and blessings by Fr Vincent D’Souza.

Dr Bharat Shetty in his inaugural address congratulated In-land and its chairman for locating the project in the Manguluru North constituency. “This kind of high quality projects are the need of the hour. I am very happy that prestigious companies like In-land that are known for quality and reliability, have launched projects in Mangaluru North. I am highly impressed by the amenities offered in this building and I request In-land to locate more projects here. I assure you of my support and motivation for your endeavours.”

Pushparaj Jain in his address said that Siraj Ahamed is a doyen of the industry and other builders had a lot to learn from him in terms of dedication to quality and workmanship. He said the reason why customers flocked to In-land is their reputation built over so many years for delivering high quality and well-designed modern buildings. Inland Sunlight-Moonlight is one such shining example, he said.
Key contributors to the project including the architect Suresh Pai and chief contractor Mahabala were honoured at the event.

Meraj Yusuf Siraj, director of the In-land Group, delivered the vote of thanks.

Inland Sunlighht-Moonlight has a unique twin-tower structure consisting of 60 apartments in one tower and 15 apartments in the second tower. The project is designed by well-known architects and its modern, vibrant colours appeal to all classes of people who dream of owning a home in the vicinity of Mangalore, at an attractive price.

Inland Sunlight-Moonlight is located on Kulur-Kavur Road, an upcoming residential area which is developing fast. This road has been identified as a key arterial road under the Smart City scheme of the central government and is the link road between several key areas of the city and the national highway. The area's potential for growth is immense as it is surrounded by major infrastructure companies in the petrochemical, logistics, shipping and airline sectors. In fact this road is a popular residential choice of employees from MRPL, NMPT, MFL and the Airport.

Inland Sunlight-Moonlight offers 3 bhk in sizes of 1415 and 1470 sqft and 2 bhk in 1025, 1055 and 1095 sqft sizes. The company has kept the price affordable and within the reach of the aspiring home buyer.

The project has all modern amenities including a gymnasium, walking track, dedicated car parks, children's play area, intercom, 24-hour security and power back-up.

With well-established infrastructure facilities around Kulur-Kavoor Road, residents will be within easy reach of popular schools, colleges and shopping centres.

Says Siraj Ahamed, MD and chairman of the In-land Group, "In-land has spent the last 35 years creating modern, affordable homes while maintaining a stellar reputation for perfect titles, on-time delivery and high quality construction. Our vision is to provide a roof for all those desiring one. With Inland Sunlight-Moonlight our goal is to offer new locations for people to settle in, away from the congested city zones. This is especially important for people working in the fast developing infrastructure belt in the north of the city. To meet the aspirations of such people we have deliberately kept the price of the apartments at very affordable levels. The project has received very good customer support even at the construction stage and now only a few apartments are available for sale."
