Mangaluru, Oct 16: Six persons, identified as Prameet, Jaison, Karthik, Dhanush, Durgesh and Prajwal had come together in a lodge, located near Pumpwell here, on Friday October 15 with the specific aim of partying on the occasion of Dasara festival.
At about 2 am on Saturday, a fight broke out between Jaison Surathkal and Dhanush (20) from Pachanady.
During the quarrel, Jaison reportedly stabbed Dhanush with a sharp weapon in his possession. Dhanush suffered grave injury in the incident.
Dhanush was taken to a private hospital for treatment but the doctors confirmed that he was brought dead.
