Byndoor: BJP condemns boycott of fish purchases by particular community

Daijiworld Media Network - Byndoor (SP)

Byndoor, Oct 11: "In a mega Padayatra organized at Gangolli to register their protest against illegal cow slaughter that has been going on in Gangolli, the Hindus had taken part unitedly. Just because of the fact that the fisherwomen, fish vendors and other women took part in the programme, a particular community has boycotted fish purchases at Gangolli. People of that community have been stopping people of their community at the fish market at Gangolli from making any purchases, which is condemnable," stated Udupi district BJP general secretary, Sadananda Uppinakudru.

Sadananda was speaking at a programme of buying fish from Gangolli fish market organized by the BJP Byndoor Mandal backward classes morcha on Sunday October 11.

"Women have been eking out a living by vending fish in the fish market at Gangolli. An effort to damage their self-confidence is being made by a community by boycotting purchase of fish from them. This effort of a particular community will not become successful. Towards browbeating the economic boycott and supporting the fisherwomen by extending moral support, we are always with them," he stated. He also said that the programme of purchasing fish from the Gangolli fish market has been undertaken with this specific objective. He assured that people from the district and different parts of this constituency will come to Gangolli to buy fish at the fish market. He said this is not against any particular persons and not even a form of protest.

Byndoor BJP backward classes morcha president Santosh Poojary, general secretary, Ganesh Devadiga and Chandra Jogi, secretary, Umesh Mogaveera, Santhosh Poojary, Udupi district BJP Raita Morcha general sectetary, Goplal Kanchan, Narayana Kharvi, Ravi Ganiga Kenchanur and others were present.

christians love fish and want to eat it even when mogaveers are supporting BD and VHP. but can you stop eating fish and boycott the entire fish selling communtiy. why? same as eating beef. you love the taste of food and not upliftment of our Community. we should start our own Business, get government jobs and lose the drama of dignity. see muslim community are everywhere doing business but we christians send our children to foriegn countries and weaken our communtity in India. i am ashamed of our own family who are settling in foreign countries and Blaming Modi from there instead of working here and increasing strenght of our communtiy

India stands in 2nd place as biggest exporter of beef . So, cow slaughter happens and that too officially. So, the guys who are against cow slaughter, force Modi led BJP govt to ban cow slaughter and exports. But when cow slaughter is already a sin, but exporting is fine, then why not it is fine to make it legal for the people who eat beef within india to eat as well? When it is legal, then there will not be any thefts. It is not complex, but politicians want it that way to keep themselves relevant.

Fishermen should not fall into trap of politicians, these politicians will come for a day to entertain fish sellers and media, instead fishermen reach out to all fish lovers and offer quality fish with reasonable price , fisherman and non vegetarian will remain for ever but not opportunistic politicians, these kind of politicians will seed venom in common people's mind as a result no one will live in peace. therefore fishermen and fish seller should concentrate on their job.

Let those who are protesting buy more fish and distribute among the poor. Problem solved. Let them not shed crocodile tears. All their super vishwagurus Modi, Mota bhai, Yogi Adityanath, etc are pure vegetarians. So let them follow their gurus. Let them eat vegetables and give the fish to the poor. That would be best Hinduism.

People in business should not openly support any political party. They need people of all religions. Beef is also a staple food for generations....off late due to political mileage...things have turned upside down. Those selling fish too should not be vocal about political agendas! They are getting fooled only for free! In our village, a konkani grocery shop fellow with thriving business is liked most by all, though deep down he is sanghi, no body bothers his personal political affiliation as he is live wire in business and treats all with respect!

Since ages nuslims are good customers for fishing community “ saibere” was/is the call from fishing ladies!! It used to be so mutual among. Though usually fisher woman are little bad mouth but good hearted. Politics has used their impulsive bad attitude for propaganda, especially their children who are andh bakths blindly follow hatred to Muslim community. These little goon children specially half-educated form team who wears saffron attire. Form some bajana mandir ,vyayama shala less for public use more for their maturation of hatred build team. Such teams are the social disharmony creators, their motive is poking nose in others business in the name of religion. Support from fisher women mothers to their children in equal proportion spoil harmony. Obvious Muslims will retaliate someway. It’s not Muslim’s don’t want to buy from us, its us Hindus who are ashamed calling muslims our brothers ,sisters or friends. SO CHANGE ……

I ask only one question to Chaddis.... Why are you very quiet when it comes to beef export??? Whether she is not a mother??? ... Oh Oh day time Chaddis money is involved, so mummy becomes yummy???? We can equate Bhakts mentality about cow slaughter to below example... Here they scream she is mummy, don't kill her... That means outside these people are against prostitution. But these people are quite when mother is exported for money, That means at home holding their own family girls they run prostitution business because they earn from it If I am wrong, Chaddis plz answer

It seems the master plan of saffron party to divide India on religious lines is getting realized....but very very sad and bad for the society...that too never expected that such a thing will happen in the twin districts which are most respected in our state by other district people saying that we are cultured, educated etc etc... Bacchali party has to stop leaders and people abusing God and other deities of other communities..Indians are very sensitive when it comes to God and religion...any abuse in public as done during the Morcha in Gangolli will have serious repercussions... Now the fisherwomen can sell only buthai and podimeen as the crowd that buys in pic is capable of that only...

Again misleading their men. Its a self imposed bycott for abusing the Prophet and Almighty Allah... Why Fisher community?? Coz, these women were part of such cheap protest. So far never in their life they were part of such activities and were dependent mostly on Muslims for their fish business, but when the community saw their involvement in abusing Prophet and God among their other fellows, community were definitely got hurt and self imposed a bycott. Look at their arrogance of these leaders, instead of working towards peace they are pouring fuel and misleading Fisher women with their fake promises. Lets see how long they will come from far away places to help them. No outsiders can come be successful in resolving the issue. The issue can b resolved by only local people. In any communal riot the foot soldiers of Hindutva is the OBC or Dalit Hindu. The upper caste Chaddis sent their children to Missionary schools and then they work in Muslim Middle east to finally take citizenship of Christian Europe or USA.
