Mumbai, Oct 4: The Brihanmumbai Municipal corporation (BMC) has given its approval to name the stretch of road from Datta Mandira chowk, P South ward, Goregaon east to Datta Mandira chowk, Goregaon railway station after Jaya C Suvarna.

The approval was granted during the meeting of BMC on September 30, stated BMC secretary in his official communication. The public announcement will be made soon by unveiling the name board in the presence of BMC commissioner, mayor and corporators.
