Result of electing Modi's BJP in the name of temples and Mullas. Economy has collapsed, Businesses are suffering, youth are jobless and desperate and hence are resorting to crime. BJP's failed economic policies will have a cascading effect and eventually lead to instability and turmoil in the nation. The worse is yet to come. @ Bhaktjhandus - You guy can continue with your modibhajana as you clowns can live on oxygen and water.

This reminds me about what happened to me 2 years back.I was assaulted from behind in broad daylight on busy Balmatta road, Mangalore.I had one fracture in the skull ,four fractures in my left hand fingers and one in the right collarbone. I managed to hit back at the assaulter during the fight (though I am thin and old)and escape. After partial recovery, I submitted a written application to the Police Commissioner at that time, in person and told him that the person can be easily caught from the location records of my mobile and their mobiles during a 15 minutes interval, and then from the CCTV footage( there are many in the area). Nothing was done, on enquiry with the establishment owners, I found no one had come to collect the footage. From personal research , I found who the probable persons could be. I was thinking of taking revenge, but my wife asked me to pray to God to punish them. Now in less than two years, one of them has a serious medical problem and the other who had a flourishing business in on the verge of closing down.Though I had slipped into coma for 4 hours late in the evening on that day, now I am perfectly fit (and fully prepared for a second round). My advice to readers is to keep a watch on who is watching or following you(esp.2 males on bike with helmets and without numberplate ), also learn how to retaliate in self-defense, and lastly keep faith in God Almighty.

I came to Mangalore my native place , from Ahmadabad, where I was born and brought up.The reason for assault was that one of them was a goonda, he wanted me to purchase milk and newspaper from the vendor he suggested, he wanted me to hire a servant who was working at his house etc. whatever he was doing was all illegal ,so I had flatly and bluntly refused.I am not a person who can be cowded down easily. He had earlier threatened to throw acid on me and family and ( I still have a audio recording of the same), I had lodged a police complaint at that time too ( which irritated him further)and all that the police did was to take a statement from him,as threatening is a noncognizable offence under section 506 IPC. My friend who is an advocate in the Supreme Court told me it would not be advisable to file a court case as audio recordings are difficult to prove, and the procedure to get justice would-be long. As a retired ENT surgeon I knew what he said was right. Now the goonda has got quick justice from God. I am satisfied and also fully prepared for another attack and for any eventuality. I am still keeping all options open.

Thank God, you are safe. You should have pursued the case. Now that one of them is at the verge of losing the business, he might as well attack and rob someone else. Readers, forgiving is divine, but subjecting the criminals to law is practically more divine. You will be saving many more!
