Businessmen held in Mumbai for claiming Rs 10 crore in input tax fraud

Mumbai, Sep16 : Nisha Munjal(49) was arrested by the Central Goods and Service Tax ( Bhiwandi unit).

She, claimed input tax credit worth Rs 10 crore on the basis of fake invoices and dummy companies without providing any actual supply or services on these lines.
