So unfortunate, there was nobody nearby to save them. Wish they could have been saved. Such an unfortunate, terrible tragedy. RIP mother & child. A mother never think about her life, when her child is in danger.

Aum Shaanthi... Aum Shaanthi.... Aum Shaanthi.... Generally, no one will allow family members, particularly children to walk on river bank. I am finding the case very strange and need investigation. Very sad to see this incident happened near my place.

This is very freak accident. " duo was walking beside a river" - How that possible boy slipped into the river while walking on the river bank? Too sad both lost life. Never risk kid's life - Take extreme caution - With water, fire and vehicle riding. As much extent as possible - avoid taking children while you aware of accident risk. Don't ever take kids front/pillion riding in bike. Avoid these by other safe transport. Don't let them swim in pool without guide, rescuers. Knowing swimming is irrelevant.
