Saudi  rights chief , EU Ambassador discuss ties

Riyadh, Sep 10: Dr Awwad Bin Saleh Al –Awwad, head of the Saudi Human Rights Commission, met with Patrick Simmonet the ambassador of the EU delegation to the kingdom, in Riyadh on Thursday, Sep 9.

Mutual cooperation between the Kingdom and the EU, specifically in the Human rights field, ways to further strengthen ties were discussed in the meeting.

Al- Awwad discussed the developments in the kingdom, and the development the leadership is making towards sustainable development as part of the Saudi vision in 2030. Al- Awaad also highlighted the kingdom’s effort in supporting Human Rights under the leadership of King Salman and crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.
