Cultural Extravaganza ‘Saavira Kala Sampada’ Captivates Audience in Metro

‘Saavira Kala Sampada’, the 1000th cultural show promoted by renowned organizer and talented artiste Karnoor Mohan Rai, was held at Bunts Bhavan auditorium, Kurla (East), here on Saturday October 2.
 
Metro-based Bunts Sangh president Aikala Harish Shetty inaugurated the programme on Saturday evening.

Matrabhoomi Credit Co-operative Society secretary Chelladka K D Shetty released a memorial bulletin on the occasion.
 
Bunts Sangh secretary V K Shetty, higher education committee president Karnire Vishwanath Shetty, metropolitan senior police officer Prakash B Bhandary, Mira Road Deepak Hospital chief Dr Bhaskar Shetty, Bunts Sangh of suburban Jogeshwari – Dahisar regional committee president Nithyanand B Hegde, Bhandary Seva Sangh president Balakrishna P Bhandary, Bunts Sangh Bellary president Suresh Shetty Bellary, Karnataka Malla, Kannada daily editor Chandrashekar Palettady, ‘Bantaravani’ monthly journal convener Mundkoor Ratnakar Shetty, entrepreneurs Ramesh Shetty Baruguttu and Kaup Guttinar Ramesh Shetty were the guests of honour.
 
Cultural promoters Mulur Sanjeev D Kanchan and Dubai Billava Balaga promoter Daya Kirodian were felicitated on the same occasion.
 
Ashok Pakkala compered the programme.
 
‘Satyanapurata Siri’, Tulu dance recital, was staged by the artistes of Sanatana Natyalaya, Mangalore. It has been written by playwright Dr Amrut Someshwar and directed by Chandrashekar Shetty. The dance was directed by Vidhushi Sharada Manishekar and was a part of the cultural programme.  Pushkal Kumar Tonse and group staged a musical show and mimicry programme.
