Republic of Macedonia's Minister of Health Visits Gulf Medical University, Ajman

Ajman, Oct 2: Dr Bujar Osmani, minister of health, Republic of Macedonia and his team paid a visit to Gulf Medical University here on Thursday September 30.

The minister and his team were received by Thumbay Moideen, founder president of Gulf Medical University. There was an audio-visual presentation followed by a tour of the University during which the visiting dignitary and his team were briefed about the University.

They were introduced to different medical faculties/departments and detailed about the educational pattern and the most modern and advanced equipment the University makes use of for imparting quality education to the students. The guest was highly impressed that the university had an international faculty and a student cohort from 51 countries.

Later, the president of the Gulf Medical University, Thumbay Moideen arranged for an audience between the visiting dignitary Dr Bujar Osmani and Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, member of the Supreme Council of UAE and ruler of Ajman.

Dr Osmani congratulated Thumbay Moideen for his dedication, efforts and the exemplary service in the field of medical education, healthcare and research. He also praised the him for his vision and the commitment to develop Gulf Medical University into a global brand.
