Riyadh: City records 994 violations of labour, corona guidelines

Riyadh, Aug 28: During the tour of the city, to check adherence to coronavirus guidelines and labour law, the ministry of human resources and social development found 994 violations.

The ministry issued 102 warnings for the violators during the week-long tour that covered 4,000 tours of private businesses in the city by the control teams of the ministry. The aim was to ensure compliance with nationalization and labour regulations as well as coronavirus guidelines.

The ministry said that the inspection tours will continue across the country and urged the proprietors of businesses to strictly adhere to the guidelines to prevent spread of coronavirus in order to avoid hefty fines. The ministry also requested the residents of the city to report any kind of covid guidelines violation by calling the call center on 19911 or using its Ma3an Lil Rasd App.
