Over 500 Global Brands to Participate in UAE Expo

Abu Dhabi, Sep 19 (IANS/WAM): Over 500 global brands from over 30 countries will be showcasing their latest products at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) 2010, organisers said Saturday.

The four-day annual extravaganza starting Sep 22 will bring together companies involved in hunting, safari, weaponry, falconry, equestrian and outdoor sporting equipment.

ADIHEX is dedicated to bringing alive UAE's traditions in an unmatched synergy of cultural heritage, environment conservation and modern technology, organisers said.

Over 75 percent of exhibitors from the 2009 edition have rebooked for this year's event.

"The high level of returning exhibitors is reflective of the great networking opportunity and unique commercial leads offered by ADIHEX, regionally and internationally," says Abdullah Al Qubaisi, event director of ADIHEX and director of the communication department at Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH).

The exhibition is co-sponsored by leading corporate organizations, including Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Invest AD, HSBC, Bonyan, Wathba Stud Farm and Areej Al Ameerat.
