Mangaluru: Srinivas University's College of Aviation Studies holds online video making competition

Mangaluru, Jun 3: College of Aviation Studies of Srinivas University on Wednesday June 2 conducted an online video-making competition on behalf of World Environment Day for the BTech (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) students by the NSS and Social Service wing.

The students were asked to make a video based on the Environment and its issues. The activity was conducted with the intention to identify the innovation-based skills and creativity of the students. Students had to make a video and send it through digital mode, out of which the best two videos were awarded prizes.

The majority of students had actively participated in the competition. Akshata of first-year BTech (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) was awarded first place and Yasha R Salian of first-year BTech (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) was awarded second place.

The competition was planned and coordinated by Professor Jayaprakash, NSS and Unnath Bharath coordinator under the guidance of Professor Pavitra Kumari, dean of the College of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University.
