Subramanya Mutt, Chembur Celebrates Nag Panchami

Mumbai, Aug 14: The festival of Nag Panchami was celebrated with great religious fervour at Subramanya Mutt, Chembur here on Saturday August 14.

Under the auspicious of Sri Vidya Prasanna Theertha Swamiji, various religious rituals were performed at the Mutt to mark the occasion. Priests Sriprasad Bhat and Vishnu Karanth carried out the pujas and offered prasad to the devotees.

Over 100 devotees thronged to the Mutt right from early morning and offered puja to Lord Naga. Pavamana Homa, Mahabhisheka, Alankara, Mahapuja, Nagatanu Tarpana Prasanna Puja, Mangalarathi, Theertha Prasanna and Anna Santarpanae among other pujas were done on the occasion.
