One Killed in Pune Cylinder Blast


Pune, Aug 11 (IANS): One person died and four others were injured Wednesday morning in a cylinder blast at a chemical factory in Pune, police said.

According to the police, the blast took place at Parag Chemicals in the Loni Kalbhor village, Pune. The cause of the blast is yet to be ascertained.

"One person has died and four others have been injured, one of them is critical. They have all been admitted to a government hospital," a police officer said.

The deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Rasul Mokashe.
