Kadaba, Apr 30: In a heart-wrenching incident, the people in Kenjala of Kombaru gram panchayat in Kadaba taluk, had to suffer to obtain rice through the public distribution system (PDS) after there was no mobile network.

As the government provided relaxation from 6 am to 10 am to purchase essential items, people in Kenjala village suffered without rations as there was no network from BSNL and Airtel mobile towers.

The staff who distributes groceries in a mobile fair price vehicle had to move to the nearest hillock, searching for a proper location for the network. But, their efforts went in vain.
