Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Apr 21: Relating to the sensational sleaze CD case, former minister, Ramesh Jarkiholi, absented himself for the special investigation team (SIT) questioning here once again.

Jarkiholi, who had suffered from coronavirus, has been healed of the condition. He has tested negative now for the pandemic but continues to be in home isolation. It is said that the doctors have advised him not to move around in the outdoors and not to travel to far off places as his health has not registered considerable improvement. It is gathered that Ramesh Jarkiholi is resting at his residence at Gokak, Belagavi district. SIT officials had recently visited Gokak and served notice to Jarkiholi, asking him to appear for questioning.

SIT had made preparations to question him at the technical centre at Adugodi here. Their plans have failed as Ramesh has opted to stay away, citing ill health.
