Mumbai: 130th birth anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar observed

Mumbai, Apr 14: The 130th birth anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar was held on Wednesday at Shatabdi hospital, Kadivli west. MP Gopal C Shetty participated in the programme, offered flowers to the statue of late Ambedkar and paid his respects.

MLA Sunil Rane, North Mumbai district BJP president Ganesh Kankar, vice president Ermal Harish Shetty, Vinod Shelar, Bunts Sangha Mumbai joint treasurer Mundappa S Payyade, Indian Hotel and Restaurant Association Ahaar zone 10 president Dr Sathish Shetty were present.

Former zone 10 president of Ahaar Ravindra S Shetty Karnire was felicitated with a certificate of appreciation for bravery shown to safeguard his employees against injustice by the police.
