Freedom Fighters' Sons and Daughters To Get Job

Panaji Jul 31: Chief secretary Sanjay Shrivastava had a discussion on Friday July 30 with all heads of the department on the issue of allotting jobs to the sons and daughters of freedom fighters.

Shrivastava said that the government has already reserved two percent of vacancies to the kith and kins of freedom fighters which has to be implemented in toto. He said Chief Minister Digambar Kamat has given a word to the freedom fighters that all the unemployed sons and daughters of freedom fighters will be given a job before December 19, the day we will enter  into Golden Jubilee of Goa’s liberation.

The president of Freedom Fighters' Association Nagesh Karmali and Chandrakant Kenkare also deliberated in the meeting and gave the details of unemployed youth among descendants of freedom fighters

Chief secretary asked all the heads of the departments to submit the list of vacancies for which the sons and daughters of freedom fighters be suitably accommodated.

    Iam insearch of a goverment job as iam a son of freedom fighter but till the date of today i havnt gor any job as my father sacrifice for the nation but i havnt got any job on behalf of my father as that he was a great patroit and freedom fighter.This is for your information and record.
