Dubai : Jossy Cardoza Memorial Cricket on Sep 17 and 24


Dubai, Jul 25 (Media Release): MVCA (Moodbidiri Varado Catholoc association) organizing Monthi Fest 2010 and Jossy memorial cricket rolling cup on 17th September and 24th September respectively.

Monthi Fest shall be organized in Almas Hotel apartments Bur dubai starting from 6pm. Highlights of the event shall be offering flowers by children’s, various entertainment by the childrens and members of the association, Noven Jevan and many other cultural activities.

Jossy Cardoza memorial cricket tournament is exclusively for Moodbidri Varado Association members, in Zabeel Park on 24th of September. Late Jossy Cardoza was the inaugural member of the association and it's an honor to Late Cardoza who did splendid service while he was with association.

Last tournament was played at Madina Cricket Academy Ground, Sharjah, U.A.E where rolling trophy was lifted by Taccode parishioners There were 8 Teams representing Taccode, Hospet, Paladka, Siddakatte, Moodbidri, Sampige, Gantalkatte and Shirtady.

One team per parish is allowed and last date for entry shall be 30th August 2010.
