It is unfortunate we lost a talented young man. Variety of reasons contribute to sudden cardiac death. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) an inherited condition where the Heart muscle thicken leading to arrythmias (irregular heartbeat). People who are born with abnormal heart structure succumb to sudden cardiac arrests due to inadequate blood flow to the heart. Long QT syndrome is another inherited rhythm disorder that can cause sudden death. Yearly thorough Physical Examinations for athletes is very important. Physical examination for children participating in strenuous sports should be mandatory.

If you are playing you should not give up. At least you must jog. Otherwise you must completely give up. I don't know his personal history. Now a days youngsters fond of eating near roadside shops. It smells very good.and very tasty as well. Then they are addicted to that food. They will visit everyday. The oil they use to cook is very dangerous Therefore I advise to avoid outside food Try to eat what our women cook at home. Women of our home are clean and hygiene. Try to avoid farm chicken. They are vaccinated That power of vaccine enter our body and leads to obesity and ultimately sickness

Yes, you are right- You are What you Eat. Balanced diet with rich nutrition is needed to support normal health & athletes need more of some nutrients to support their athletic exploits. Look at the timing of the match at 1 A M, which defies the biological rhythm of the clock that gets tuned with Sun rise & will shut down at Sun set & a sleep is induced, but we see playing games at night that too continuously without adequate rest for the body to recover with lactic acid build up, toxins not completely eliminated from the body will lead to sudden cardiac arrest might be the reason along with lack of proper practice whole year due to restrictions imposed on playing or practicing of the game too is a contributory factors. Loss of family member brings on depression in surviving family members which too is known for sudden death of some.
