Moodbidri: Foundation laid for 'Royal Palms' commercial-cum-residential project

Moodbidri, Feb 9: The foundation stone laying ceremony of ‘Royal Palms’ commercial and residential apartments by Royal Heritage projects was held at Alangar, Moodbidri on Monday, February 8.

Parish priest of Holy Rosary Church Alangar Fr Walter D'Souza and priest of Shri Mahalingeshwara temple, Alangar, Vedamurthy Sri Eshwara Bhat blessed the premises.

On the occasion, the president of MUDA, Moodbidri Meghanath Shetty unveiled brochure of Royal Palms.



Addressing the gathering, former Moodbidri MLA Abhaya Chandra Jain said, "Partner of Royal Heritage projects P K Thomas is one of the most helpful and active people who steps into action when it comes to solving the problems of the people. He is one of the most respected personalities in Moodbidri. Along with Rony Fernandes, Royal Heritage projects is coming up with a maiden project that is 'Royal Palms', I wish more success to the promoters for their maiden project."

Chairman of Christian Development Board of Karnataka, Joylus D'Souza said, "Marketing skills of Rony Fernandes and P K Thomas' experience in the business will be play to their benefit in their project Royal Palms. With the Royal Palms, Moodbidri will add a feather to the cap."

The first customers of Royal Palms were honoured on the occasion.
