SMART CITY only a gimmick by the central government to fool people all over the country. What do they mean by smart city so the other cities with the people are not smart. If Mangalore is a smart city why are most of the signals not functioning. Do we have proper footpath even in busy places in Mangalore. Smart city idea is all bogus.
