Glitch in traffic system, smart devices for paying fines: Sharjah police fixes issue

Sharjah, Dec 24: A glitch in the federal traffic system and smart devices for paying traffic fines which had occurred on Wednesday has been fixed by the Sharjah police.

The police had notified residents about the glitch on Wednesday morning. Minutes later, the officials announced on their official Twitter account that the glitch has been fixed along with apologising for the delay in solving the issue.

Earlier in the month, on the account of 49th UAE National Day, authorities had announced a 50% discount on traffic fines for 49 days starting December 2.
