Dubai, Oct 8: Beulah Ruth Pinto wins 'High Achiever' award in academic excellence across the Middle East. 

Beulah Ruth Pinto nicknamed as 'Queen of the stage' made news in recent years across the Middle East for her singing and musical achievements, but this time she struck for her academic excellence across the Middle East.

Celebrating academic excellence of Grade 12 'Virtual Celebration Week' of '6th India Middle East Education Awards 2020 - Winners (High Achievers)' student of GEMS Our Own English High School, Al Warqa, Dubai - Beulah Ruth Pinto won the 'High Achiever' award in CBSE and ISC schools across the Middle East region. Beulah scored 98 in Marketing, 97 in Business, 97 in informatics and 94 in English.

Despite her academic excellence, she is renowned for her singing and musical achievements across the Middle East. She was a part of the Middle East's Best Choir. “Al Jalila Vocal Lab” won the first place in the Middle East’s best choir of the year 2019. Over 70 choir groups from Middle Eastern countries took part at the Dubai Opera House, Dubai.

She was the lead singer for the community song (Lean on Me) on the eve of UAE peace gathering at Abu Dhabi which was a part of Pope Francis visit to UAE on February 1, 2019. The video of the community song went viral. 'UAE Peace Gathering' aims to promote unity, tolerance and harmony amongst UAE's residents.

On March 22, 2019 “Dubai Music and Dance Festival 2019” hosted at Dubai Parks and Resorts-Motion Gate, Dubai. She was crowned as Grand Prize Winner (winner among all categories of across UAE).

She had won the title "Best of the best - UAE 2018" in the senior singing category.

Dubai, September 25, 2018, at the age of 15, won the UAE’s 2nd most talented child award in a talent contest ‘BurJuman’s Rising Stars’ hosted by Burjuman Centre, Dubai.

She achieved a trophy for her outstanding performance at the 'Young Talent Music Competition 2019' held in Amity University Dubai on November 22, 2019.

She won the first prize in ‘Arabian Music Festival’, an 'International Festival Competition' on April 12, 2019. 'International Organizing Committee of ‘Z–Group’ organized the event at Dubai Creek Park Children’s City Hall.

She has performed in several national and international events in UAE including Mariamma Varkey Award, Sheikah Fatima Awards, Global Teaches Award 2015, 2016 and 2019.

Though she is a secular singer and performer her passion is always to be a worshipper and Gospel singer. Her Christmas album 'My Christmas Story' was released in Melia Desert Palm Resort, Dubai on December 6, 2019 by Life Church Global pastor John Besterwitch and pastor Kelcey Besterwitch.

When she was asked how she could excel in both music and academics at the same time in her busy schedule, she replied, “Prioritizing Jesus above everything I am and can possibly be is something that never goes wrong. He influences everything I do, with Him nothing fails. Everything is possible because He is the God of the Impossible."
