Mangalore, Apr 13: Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management celebrated its annual college day at Sahyadri campus on Tuesday April 13.

Prof H P Kincha, vice chancellor, Visweswarayya Technological University in Belgaum, was the chief guest of the programme, who said that a vast opportunity in the field of technology and management has helped the experts prove their capacity at an international level. 

“The students have to study with an aim suitable to globalization, which provides them a bright future”, he said.































Prof Sandeep Sancheti, director, National Institute of Technology-Karnatka (NIT-K), who was the guest of honour, said that students need to cultivate professionalism in the courses they study and it will help them in future to get good recognition in their professional career. 

“Involving in skilful activities as well as having thorough knowledge in the subjects adds specialty to their career”, he added.

Manjunatha Bhandary, president, Bhandary Foundation, and Dr D L Prabhakara, principal and director of the institution, were also present.

Students of the institution presented cultural programmes as part of the celebrations.

    If educated Engineering & Management students doing this means how about uneducated people who not even know their rights.
    Now Education becomes business. So, this way is treating national flag.
