Muscat, Mar 29: It was an awesome end of the second Nawras Corporate cricket challenge when Enhance won the corporate cricket winners title Second time by winning over Larsen and Toubro Oman in a very close and exciting Match.
The second edition of the Nawras Corporate cricket challenge was held on Friday March 26 and a total ten renowned brands (Bank Sohar , Larsen and Toubro Oman , Muscat Overseas Group , Apollo Hospitals , Enhance , Al Safeer Group of Companies, Times of Oman (team captain — Shahzad Raza), Wunderman and Suhail Bahwan Automotive LLC) of Sultanate’s corporate world participated in this Grand yearly event. The stadium was full and the crowd present in the stadium enjoyed each and every moment of the corporate event.
The DJ Prableen rocked the crowd with latest songs and huge crowd present in the stadium enjoyed dancing on the latest songs. Punjabi Dhol was played whenever there was a huge hit or any player was out. In addition to this the organizers installed a refreshment centre which served lot of dishes to all the players and supporters.
Apollo Medical Center Wins Highest Polling Award
In addition, the organizers conducted an open polling through their famous cricket blog muscatcicket.blogspot.com and in this open poll total 1,366 cricket lovers voted their favourite corporate cricket team and Apollo Medical Center received highest with 562 votes while Suhail bahwan automotives were the runner-up with 380 votes. The team captain Dr Rajesh received a Nawras Gift hamper along with Apple Ipod 8 GB.
