Mangalore, Mar 13:  Popular bollywood singer Shaan (Shantanu Mukarjee) presented a musical concert on the occasion of the founders’ day of the Corporation Bank at the TMA Pai convention hall in city on Saturday March 13.















Shaan, along with June - the female singer, performed almost for 3-hours.  He sang bollywood hit numbers and award winning songs. `Chand sifarish’ from the film Fanaa, `Dus bahane Karke…’ from the film Dus and `Jub se there naina’ from Sawaria and songs from his albums enthralled the audience.  He entertained the young people with the numbers `All is Well' `Where's the Party Tonight' and many foot tapping numbers. He sang the first few lines of a kannada song `Eno Ontara' amidst non-stop clappings.

The concert was earlier inaugurated by the lighting of the lamp by the Chairman of the Corporation Bank, J M Garg. Chief guest Dr B M Hegde and other dignitaries were also present. 

The Chairman and the Executive Directors of the Bank felicitated the artistes, singers and the technicians at the end of the concert.

    NRI's are required only when the banks want funds,and from these funds the local banks organises concerts ,parties etc.

    Wonderful performance by Shaan. We hope corp bank will have this kind of performance for their valued NRI clients.A good job done by Corp.Bank.All the best to to the Chairman and the utive directors.
