Al-Jubail: BAMY Celebrates Annual Day

Al-Jubail, Mar 7: The third annual day and general body meeting of Badria Association of Muslim Youth Krishnapura – BAMY (Al-Jubail branch) at Shalimar conference hall here on Friday night March 5. 

All the members of Krishnapura Jamaat residing here participated in the annual day celebrations and general body meeting of the BAMY Krishnapura Al-Jubail branch.

The programme began with the recitation of verses of the Quran. 

Imran Krishnapura welcomed the gathering, and presented a detailed report on the past activities and experiences of BAMY Krishnapura Al-Jubail branch. He added that BAMY regularly conducts the meetings, and also supported educational, charity and religious activities in the society. He also presented the annual balance sheet on the occasion. 





















A new committee to steer BAMY Krishnapura Al-Jubail branch was elected on the occasion. Young and energetic leader Ismail NGC was elected as the president for the third time. Ismail NGC is a businessman in Al-Jubail. 

In his presidential address, Ismail requested the support of every member to achieve organizational goals and objectives. During the occasion, newly elected president gathered opinions from the members regarding the ‘Krishnapura get-together’, a cultural programme to be held very soon in Jubail. For the implementation of the programme, a team has been established under BAMY Krishnapura, Mansoor NGC appointed as team leader for the event. 

Further, he requested all the members especially youth of the organization to attend the meetings of BAMY Krishnapura Al-Jubail branch on every third Friday of the month at 8.00 pm. 

The other office-bearers elected were Ismail Badria as vice-president, Imran Krishnapura as general secretary, Nawaz 4th Block, assistant secretary, Huraish, treasurer, Hyder Krishnapura as convenor, with Usman Krishnapura, B M Shareef, Shareef (Zahid Net) abd Iqbal Krishnapura (Iqqi) as other members.

Imran Krishnapura -General secretary
Nawaz 4th Block, Joint Secretary
Huraish - Treasurer

    The names "Ismail Krishnapura" and "Bamy Krishnapura" along with the names such as Al-Jubail, are all beautiful names that bring so much value of combined respect and recollections, and also value for our faith regardless of who we are and where we come from. We are all children of one God and the words "Krishnapura" and "Quran" and "Mashallah" which are all nice and familiar names that bring reflection to who we reqally are and what real we are. Al-jubail was purely a simple village with nice date palms and clean beaches 45 years ago when the mass gas gathering program was never designed and the Petrochemicals in Saudi Arabia never existed. The name "Badria" is also a nice name to remember of a young seven year old girl that we saved from a serious auto accident in Dammam 35 years ago. We moved her physically from Dammam Govt hospital to Ash Sharq hospital and gave her all the deserved treatment. Badria must have got married and well settled by now, and would like to visit her some time, "Inshallah" in Dammam. There are so many happy memories to recollect and reflect upon our simple and peaceful life in Saudi Arabia when the price of a barrel of oil was below one dollar. Tom Barger was the President of Aramco and he used to deliver his Eid Greetings in Arabiq language thru Aramco television when there was no Govt television in existence. God bless Bamy Jamaat of "Krishnapura" in Al-jubail under the team work of so many Moslem brothers gathering on Fridays in Jubai
