'Chutuku Sahitya Sammelana' Award to Prakash Rao Payyar

Dubai / Kasargod, Feb 27:
Chutuku Sahitya Parishad, Main Committee Mysore and Chutuku Sahitya Parishad, Kasargod District will be honouring Dwani Prathistana's President Prakash rao Payyar with 'Chutuku Sahitya Sammelana Award 2010' during their District Kannada Chutuku Sahitya Convention to be held on 28.02.2009 at Gurusadana Badiyadka, Kasaragod. Well known Poet Shri M.V.Bhat will Preside over the convention.
 
The award this time is conferred to Prakash Payyar considering Payyar’s contribution to Kannada Literature and Cultural work for the fast twenty five years.
 
The programme is being held at Guru Sadana, Melinapete, Badiadka, Kasaragod from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm and this is their 3rd year's annual celebration.
