Fujairah: Muslim Associations Felicitate Dr Kaup Mohammed

Fujairah Feb 21: Al Manara Muslim Association and Beary’s Culture Forum (BCF), Fujairah, UAE, felicitated Dr Kaup Mohammad, dean and director, London American City College, Dubai, for his excellence in education and leadership.

Dr Mohammad is an active member and general secretary of BCF and has done a wonderful job of serving the Beary society, especially in education and social activity. The felicitation programme started with prayer by Ustaz Saqafi and was followed by Sameer welcoming the gathering.

Moideen Kutty Beary, president, Dakshina kannada Sunni Centre (DKSC), applauded Dr Mohammad for his dedication.

Dr Mohammad, who hails from Kaup (Udupi district), has been conferred with Madonna University’s ‘Distinguished Leadership Award 2010 in Higher Education’ at the Administrative Council Meet in Livonia, Michigan, USA.

He is currently involved in teaching the graduate and post graduate students of Madonna University in the Middle East and India Region.

M K Beary and Sheik Hameed gave an award to Dr Mohammed as a mark of respect and appreciation on behalf of Al Manara Muslim Association, UAE. 

Hameed Uchil hosted lunch at the Al Mahdab National Park. Ahmed Basheer,Tayyab ,Siddique, Rahim, Rafiq, Latif Mulky, and Dr Mayabba were present during the felicitation.

The   programme concluded with a condolence ceremony for scholar and revered leader Kazi Abdulla Musliyar Chembarikka, Kazi of Mangalore.
