Dubai-based KEL Inks MoU with CCCI in Mumbai

Mumbai, Jan 22: A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by the Dubai- based Kanara Entrepreneurs Limited (KEL) and metro based Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), during a function held at Hotel Atithi banquet hall, Ville Parle (East), here on Thursday January 21 evening.  KEL is a global, non-profit, mutual benefit corporation that fosters entrepreneurial spirit and instinct amongst its members through innovative plans and goals.  KEL is chartered by individuals hailing from the Kanara region of south-western India.


















A workshop on venturing into adventurous enterprise was also held on this occasion.
CCCI president, Henry Lobo, founder president, Vincent Mathias, vice presidents, Antony Sequeira, John D’Silva and Albert W D’Souza, KEL president, Ivan Fernandes, Albert Rodrigues from Dubai branch and Charles Gomes from Bangalore branch, were present at the dais.

Mangalore St Joseph Engineering College director, Fr Valerian D’Souza, Dubai entrepreneur Frank Fernandes, Fr Patrick Rodrigues and Dr Prakash Pinto were the other guests and members.

CCCI directors, Augustine G Fernandes, and Lawrence Coelho, legal advisor, lawyer Pius Vaz, key members Stany Lasrado, Dr Arthur Prem, Gregory D’Souza, Ronald Noronha, Baby John, Christopher Solomon, Raymond D’Souza, M R Varghese, Walter Buthello, KEL Dubai members, Shobha Mendonca, Lawrence Mendonca, Dorothy Fernandes, Mark Denis D’Souza, Daniel Fernandes, James Mendonca, Lawrence Mendonca, Francis M Mascarenhas and David Frank, KEL Bangalore members, Mark D’Souza, Charles Pereira, Claudia Pereira, Leo Quadros, Edward D’Souza, Maxim Sequeira, Nigel Fernandes, Anil Rego, Aloysius Fernandes and others were present at the occasion.

CCCI secretary, Alphonsus Corda, welcomed the guests with flower bouquets.  Albert W D’Souza read the MoU and explained the features.  John D’Silva proposed vote of thanks. 

Dr Richard Pereira compered the programme.
