Sullia, Dec 27: The youth through their creative spirit should lend their support to build the nation, said minister for sports and youth affairs Goolihatti Shekar.

He was speaking after inaugurating state-level Yuvajana Mela at Government Pre-university College grounds jointly organized by youth affairs and sports department and United Youth Board here on Saturday Dec 26. At the time when the rural talent is fading into oblivion in order to rejuvenate and support them the yuvajana mela has been planned by the government, he said. 























 

Minister also distributed state youth awards. District in-charge minister J Krishna Palemar released the souvenir to mark the occasion. K R Gangadhar spoke about the souvenir. MLA S Angara presided and MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and State Apex bank chairman M N Rajendra Kumar inaugurated the exhibition and procession, respectively.

State Forest Development Corporation president S N Manmatha, taluk panchayat president Pushpavati Balila and town panchayat president N A Ramachandra among others were present.
