Continuing with the practice started since inception by the Managing Committee of the Samaj  we are intending to honour the students of grade I – XII who have excelled during the academic year 2008-2009 in their academics as well as have achievements at the inter-school, national or international level in extra curricular activities.
The categories in which the achievement will be divided are

Scholastic
For excellence in academics.
Non-Scholastic
Achievements like ‘Best Student Of The Year’
Achievements in Inter School Competitions
Representation at the National & International Level
The basic eligibility criteria for the student to qualify for the honour are
The achievements should have been during the academic year 2008-2009.
The student should have passed from the institution in the UAE during that year.

The Managing Committee at its meeting has reviewed the basic yardstick for submission of the mark sheets. We now would like to call for a copy of the mark sheets of all those students in Grade I – XII who have secured 85% and above marks in aggregate and/or secured an overall grade of 'A' ( in case of schools giving grades instead of marks), and certificates from  students in the Grade I - XII who have non scholastic achievements. While all the students securing the above marks/grades would be honoured, students who have secured 90% and above and grade 'A+' will be honoured in a way different from the   other students.

The decision of the Managing Committee in finalising the list and all matters related to the above will be final. You are requested to contact the following committee members for submission of your certificates/marksheets, please scan and mail to the below mentioned email address or hand deliver the same to them.
