Ajman: GMC Hospital to Organize Free Dental Check Up Camp

  GMC Hospital will be organizing a free dental camp in the premises of the hospital in Ajman from November 19 and 20, 2009. This camp is being held in association with the College of Dentistry of Gulf Medical University.

The hospital has requested the people to take full advantage of this annual opportunity being offered by the Hospital.

One of the aims of the camp is also to detect any dental problems in their incipient stage and to treat the condition before the problem aggravates. The hospital and the College of Dentistry aim at providing timely and quality dental treatment and assistance towards maintaining oral health to all the people towards regulating the spread of the dental problems and to stop any new problems from cropping up.

The main aim of the camp is to create public awareness about the importance of oral health, which leads to overall health.

On both days of the camp, any one can walk-in from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, or appointments can be obtained by calling the hospital at 06-7463333 or Karthik Pandya at 050 - 783 03 04, a release by the hospital said.
