Renowned Chartered Accountant Umesh U Mada Passes Away

Mumbai, Nov 9:
Umesh U Mada, 65-year-old renowned chartered accountant, president of metro-based Bunts Chartered Accountants Association and a resident of Four Bungalows, Versova, Andheri (West), passed away here on Sunday November 8 morning following a cardiac arrest.
 
Umesh U Mada was a native of Kuloor – Kudrady of Mangalore in Karnataka. He was the brother of Vishwanath U Mada, former president of Jayasrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti (NGO) and also younger brother of Dr K U Mada, former chairman of BIFR and CEO of IDBI.  Umesh U Mada was involved in social service and also served as a member of Jayasrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti.
 
Umesh U Mada is survived by his wife Sharmila U Mada, a son and daughter. 
 
Bunts community in the metro including Jayasrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti founder president Jayakrishna A Shetty, Bunts Sangh president Aikala Harish Shetty, Bunts Association president lawyer Ashok D Shetty, JAVAB president Anand P Shetty and chartered accountant I R Shetty, offered condolences to the bereaved family of Umesh U Mada.
 
The last rites of the late Umesh U Mada will be held at a crematorium located at Amboli, Andheri (West), informed family sources.
