Dr Poonam Devadiga Bags Eighth Rank in MS - ENT

Mumbai, Nov 5: Dr Poonam Devadiga bagged the eighth rank in Master of Surgery in ENT examinations conducted by Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore in May 2009. 
 


The talented student is also a gold medalist in MBBS Surgery.  Dr Poonam is the wife of Rahul Sherigar, BE in Electronics.
 
She is the sole daughter of Sujatha and Dharmapal U Devadiga, vice-president of metro-based Devadiga Sangh, vice-president of Jayasrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti (NGO), vice-president of Vishwa Tulu Sammelan convening committee, and a native of Kaup, in Udupi district. 

Dr Poonam is the daughter-in-law of Chitra Sherigar and serves as a medical officer in Pune.
