Dubai : Amchigele Samaj's Durga Puja, Laksharchana and Tulsi Puja - a Reminder

Dubai, Oct 23: As already stated earlier, UAE Amchigele Samaj will be performing Durga Puja and Laksharchana (individual Kumkumarchana), along with the chanting of Lalita Sahasranama, besides performing the Tulsi Puja on Friday October 30, informed Sunil M Shenoy, coordinator of UAE Amchigele Samaj. Tulsi Puja is being performed on that day, it coincides with the auspicious occasion of Tulsi Puja, he added.

He has requested the lady members of the Samaj, who wish to participate in this programme, to register their names with any one of the following members, latest by October 28, 2009.

The cost of this service will be Dhs 101. Each participant will be provided with the items necessary for performing the puja, like Laxmi coin, plate, Kumkum etc.
 
Sree Lalitha Sahasranama is a very powerful prayer that can be chanted by one and all, and is considered especially auspicious when chanted on a Friday. Regular chanting it with total devotion will ward off all evils and earns the blessings of the Goddess for the devotees concerned, for a long and happy life, the Samaj said, quoting from the Holy Scriptures.

Date:  Friday, October 30,2009.
 
Venue: Karama Centre Hall, 5th Floor, Karama, Dubai, UAE.

Time:  4 pm to 10 pm.

Dinner will be served at the end of the programme, the Samaj said, adding that it extends a warm welcome to everyone who wish to take part in the programme.
