Dubai, Oct 18: The eagerly awaited participation of the Indian throwball team in the Invitation Cup throwball tournament to be held on Friday October 23 has now been confirmed.
The Indian girls will take part in the throwball tournament to be held at the Dulsco Sports Ground in Al Quos on Friday 8 am onwards. Three Dubai teams, Bunts Dubai, Canarites and Mangalore Konkans, Dubai will provide the local challenge to the visiting Indian 18-member-team. The squad consists of players and officials from the Throwball Federation of India, stated a release.
The first match will commence at 8 am and the finals are slated to take place at 2 pm. Attractive trophies will be awarded to the finalists.
