Mumbai, Oct 15: Dr D Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Dharmastala, and president of the executive committee of Vishwa Tulu Sammelan – 2009, arrived in the metro on Thursday October 15, to take part in the preliminary meeting of the Sammelan being  organized in the metro. On arrival, Heggade was accorded a hearty welcome.

Dharmapal U Devadiga, vice-president of the executive committee of Vishwa Tulu Sammelan – 2009, accorded welcome to Dr Heggade by offering a bouquet. Dr Heggade is accompanied by the committee secretary, Dr M Mohan Alva.
