Mangaluru, Jan 3: A sequel of blockbuster Tulu film ‘Girgit’, is being planned which will hit screens in 2020.
The film’s director is yet to be finalised as the first instalment was directed by actor Roopesh Shetty himself. As much as 40 per cent of the work on script has been completed.
The producers of the film want the film to be released in 2020 itself, said sources.
‘Girgit’, which has been screened in 15 countries all over the world including USA, had released on August 23 worldwide, last year. The film turned out to be a blockbuster.
